Team Profile
The Engineering Team (together 7+ years) is no newcomer to building business
solutions. Architectural design principals (loosely-coupled XML,
service-oriented architectures, .NET) have been refined through heavy
performance requirements driven toward flexibility and extensibility.
Mission-critical software designed by members of the XFormity team is utilized
today at Bank of America, Sea-Land, Lucent, as well as numerous Yum!
franchisees and other high profile orgnizations. XFormity also has extensive,
proven operational experience to implement and manage resource requirements.
Executive Team
Chris Ball
[Chief Executive Officer]
Chris Ball's duties include management of all client relationships, program and
project management and consulting service activities for XFormity. Prior to
joining XFormity, Chris was the Vice President of Operations at VertaPort where
he managed all client activities, from technical requirements assesment through
solution implementation. Mr. Ball brings over a decade of rigorous software
development, management and consulting experience for numerous IT programs and
large, complex software programs within the Department of Defense. Mr. Ball
earned his Masters of Business Administration from the MJ Neely School of
Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and his
undergraduate degree is in Aerospace Engineering from California State
Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.
Drew Seale
[Chief Technology Officer]
Drew is the chief software architect at XFormity with over 12 years experience
in high-scale software and development and database design and optimization.
Previously, Drew served as Chief Technology Officer for Vertaport where he was
responsible for the overall architecture and development of Vertaport's
applications and systems. Drew was the director of application architecture for
Sea-Land Service, Inc., where he was responsible for the architectural guidance
and framework of various development teams, located throughout the world.
During his career, Drew has gained expertise in the design, development and
deployment of mission-critical Internet systems and architectures, using
Microsoft technologies. Drew is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for
.NET (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) and Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Drew earned a bachelor's in advertising from
the University of Texas in Austin and a master's degree in business
administration, with a concentration in information systems, from Texas Tech
University.
Jack Rabin
[Chief Financial Officer]
From June 2000 through the July 2004, Mr. Rabin served as Chief Financial
Officer of Paradigm Group II, LLC, an investment and financial consulting
organization based inNorthbrook, Illinois. From 1998 to June 2000, he served as
Chief Financial Officer of a major national underwriting firm. He received a BS
degree in business administration from Roosevelt University in 1961 and his CPA
certificate from the University of Illinois.
