XFormity's servers and networking equipment are collocated in Dallas, TX at Time Warner's world class hosting facility. This facility features 24/7 monitoring, user level security access and extremely robust network infrastructure. Xformity utilizes Cisco hardware and software to protect customer data and ensure system availability. Wherever possible, systems are redundant and fault tolerant Dell servers are used for critical processes. SSL Encryption is utilized between client and server communications. Custom encryption is used to store sensitive data within the XFormity database.
