QSRx Coaching Plan Overview and Introduction

In the commitment to better serve their customers, partners, stakeholders and employees, XFormity has created a structured approach to the use of the QSRx Suite - The QSRx Coaching Plan.

This plan has three components that correspond to each major component of the QSRx suite: QSRx Business Intelligence, QSRx Financials, and QSRx Back Of House. Each component has a unique, tailored plan that culminates in various certification levels for each component. There are three certification levels for each QSRx component.

Baseline
The baseline certification provides the basic, or fundamental, skills that an organization requires to reap significant benefits from the QSRx solution set. Certified users will have demonstrated the appropriate abilities to utilize the tool with the appropriate Objective on driving results
Plan & Execute
The next level of coaching builds upon those ideas and concepts developed in the baseline certification, building linkages between performance and data analysis. This level of certification develops a broader view of the enterprise and matures the process of discovery and action.
Strategy
The final and highest level of coaching is, as the name implies, a methodology that develops strategic thinking across the enterprise. This level of certification illustrates significant process management resulting from the highly available and actionable data access provided in QSRx.

Purpose and Goal
This current coaching plan, as the first of many coaching segments, is intended to introduce clients to the fundamentals of the QSRx solution set with a focus on driving measurable results across the enterprise. The goal is to aid in developing an understanding of how to best use QSRx to drive immediate, permanent growths in cash flow.

XFormity has developed this coaching plan with significant input and insight of customers into a flexible business methodology that couples data access with process management.
